Jacques Ouellette

Jacques Ouellette is an experienced professional with a background in emergency preparedness, political consulting, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at The Salvation Army Chicago Metropolitan Division since April 2021, Jacques previously worked as a Vaccine Support Representative at Mass Markets, providing critical assistance during the COVID-19 vaccination rollout. Leadership experience includes serving as President of Sigma Pi Fraternity, where oversight of a 120-member organization and development of strategic goals were key responsibilities, and as a Student Senator and Vice Chair of the Internal Affairs Committee at Florida State University, where legislative drafting and candidate selection were primary duties. Jacques also gained consulting experience at Pinpoint Action LLC, assisting political candidates with grassroots efforts and outreach. A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, Jacques has foundational experience in customer service from a position at JB’s Fish Camp & Seafood Restaurant.
