Raquel Vizcaino

Raquel Vizcaino is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Head of Middle School at The San Francisco School since July 2023. Prior positions include Principal for grades 2-8 at Escuela Bilingüe Internacional, where responsibilities involved overseeing the IB PYP/MYP Programmes and maintaining budgets. Raquel has also served as Interim Upper School Head and High School Counselor at Spanish Infusión School, focusing on curriculum development and social-emotional learning. Additional experience includes roles as Spanish Language Director at Marin Preparatory School and Alta Vista School, where Raquel developed innovative language curricula. With a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Raquel's diverse teaching and administrative background reflects a strong commitment to curriculum alignment, educational technology, and student development.
