Robinson J. Lynch

Mr. Lynch was elected as an outside Director to The Segal Group Board of Directors effective January 1, 2016. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vision Service Plan Inc. (also known as VSP Global) from February 2006 to October 2015 and continues as a non-employee Director. Mr. Lynch is an accomplished Health and Welfare Benefits Consultant with more than 25 years of experience. Before joining VSP Global, he served as a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Buck Consultants LLC. Mr. Lynch has also served as an outside director of Buck and was once a Director of the Northern California Employee Benefits Council. Mr. Lynch currently serves as a director of Pride Industries, a non-profit that advocates for jobs for people with disabilities. He holds a BA in Economics and History from Ohio Wesleyan University and completed graduate courses in Finance at Golden Gate University.
