Steve Norgren

Steve Norgren is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Imperial Dade since 2023, Steve has developed strategic initiatives to enhance sales and profitability while integrating newly acquired companies. Previously, as Vice President of Sales at BrightView Landscapes from 2018 to 2023, Steve led a team of 24 sales leaders, fostering skill development through mentorship and coaching. At ARAMARK, Steve held several key leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Development, where Steve managed a $1B line of business and overseen client retention efforts. Steve’s earlier experience includes a successful tenure as Area Manager at Taco Bell Corporation and a consulting role at Financial Security Assurance. Steve holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
