With over 15 years of leadership experience across various sectors including entertainment, service, and healthcare, Dockery has held key roles such as Vice President of Field Operations at Flock Safety and Vice President of Customer Care at Swisslog Healthcare. Additionally, Dockery contributes expertise as a member of advisory boards for CFESA and Service Council™ and has served on the board of the RAND Corporation, focusing on racial equity policies.
