Yaroslav Kapustin

Yaroslav Kapustin has extensive experience in process development and environmental health and safety within the chemical industry, having held various roles at The Shepherd Color Company since 2011, including Process Development Manager, Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer, and Senior Analytical Chemist. Prior experience includes positions as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Cincinnati and a Technical Sales Representative at LG Chem. Yaroslav Kapustin holds an MBA in Business Administration from Xavier University and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, complemented by a BS/MS in Chemical Engineering from Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia.
