Bianca Renkien

Bianca Renkien is currently an advisor at The Social Handshake. Prior to this, they were an HR Manager at Caring Fieldmarketing from March 2014 to February 2015. Before that, they were the Head of People unit / HR at Boost Group from November 2012 to March 2014, where they were responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team and establish internal and external procedures. Prior to that, they were at Square Melon Nederland from December 2010 to November 2012 as the Head of People Unit / HR, where they were responsible for the primary operation and building and managing a team of 12 FTE’s.

Bianca Renkien has a Master in Sociology from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and a Bachelor in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Bianca also completed a Masterclass Agile for HR from Nyenrode Business University and a Masterclass Strategic Leadership from TIAS School for Business and Society.
