Helen Dalton

Helen Dalton is a sustainability expert with extensive experience in environmental management and strategy development. Currently serving as the Director of Sustainability at Spandex since September 2021, Helen focuses on Sustainability/ESG strategy, product development, responsible procurement, carbon reduction, and circularity. Previously, as Sustainability Lead Europe and Chief of Staff to the European CEO at NTT Ltd., Helen initiated significant sustainability activities, including carbon baselining and life cycle assessments. Helen's career includes roles at Dimension Data, the Environment Agency, Royal HaskoningDHV, and various environmental consultancy positions, where Helen managed projects related to flood risk management, environmental impact assessments, and compliance with long-term sustainability policies. Helen holds an MSc in Integrated Environmental Studies from the University of Southampton and a BSc in Biology from the University of Bristol.
