Marina Lee

Marina Lee serves as the Director of Customer Experience at The SSL Store™ since April 2016, overseeing an international support operation with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and adapting to company needs. Additionally, Marina holds the same title at CodeSigningStore since January 2019, where responsibilities include securing digital signatures for software to enhance customer trust. Prior experiences include roles as Customer Experience Manager and Assistant Customer Experience Manager, where Marina successfully managed teams, established overseas operations, and developed support documentation. Before joining The SSL Store™, Marina worked as a Partner Support Consultant at ConnectWise, gaining expertise in product functionality, and as a Case Management Specialist at Ronald R Wolfe & Associates P.L., where legal documentation was prepared and client communications were managed. Early professional experience includes leading a warehouse crew at Busch Gardens. Marina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of South Florida in 2011.
