Michelle Lebow

Michelle LeBow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for the City of Saint Paul since November 2021, Michelle previously held the position of Enterprise Employee Relations Consultant at the State of Minnesota and worked as a Culture and Communications Manager at Work Effects. Michelle's career in human resources began at the City of St. Paul, where tenure included significant leadership roles from 1998 to 2010. Michelle's educational credentials include an ICF Certified Mental Health and Well-being Coach certification from The Institute for Life Coach Training, a Workplace Well-being and Integrative Therapies Certificate from the University of Minnesota, a Master’s degree in Communication and Human Behavior from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from St. Cloud State University.
