Per Flodberg

Per Flodberg is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in claims management, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership. Since June 2021, Per has served as a Senior Claims Executive at The Swedish Club. Prior to this role, Per held various positions at Salén Ship Management from November 2013 to June 2021, including Head of Regulatory Compliance & Marine HR, DPA/CSO, and Head of Operations, DPA/CSO, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with international regulations and overseeing operational procedures. At Rederi AB TransAtlantic from 2008 to November 2013, Per progressed from Operations Manager to Cargo Planner, managing teams and optimizing vessel operations and cargo intake. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Officer at Rederi AB TransAtlantic / Atlantic Container Line ACL. Per holds a Master Mariner degree from Chalmers University of Technology, completed between 2000 and 2003.
