Graeme Sandri is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive and specialist search. Currently serving as Director and Executive & Specialist Search Expert at SWR Group NZ Limited since October 2014, Graeme has a strong focus on identifying leaders and hard-to-find specialists. In addition, Graeme holds the position of Regional Director Asia Pacific at The Taplow Group S.A. since October 2019, part of a global executive search network. Prior roles include National Manager at Momentum Consulting Group, Director of Business Development at VNM Group, and General Manager at Momentum Consulting Group for nearly a decade. Graeme's career also includes significant HR leadership roles at ANZ Banking Group NZ Limited, contributing to the establishment of internal HR consultancy models.
