Qing Liu

Qing Liu is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong focus on antenna design and development. Currently serving as a Consultant at TTP plc since October 2024, Qing Liu previously held the position of Senior RF Antenna Engineer at Sepura, responsible for 4G/5G and TETRA antenna solutions for mission-critical communications. Prior to that role, Qing Liu was the Senior Antenna Manager at Novocomms Limited, overseeing 5G antenna research and projects. With a background as Antenna Technical Manager at Smart Antenna Technologies and a Research Fellow at Queen's University Belfast, Qing Liu has a proven track record in various antenna systems and target location sensors. Earlier experiences include a Research Associate position at the University of Sheffield and a Hardware Engineer role at Shanghai Datang Mobile Company. Qing Liu earned a PhD in Antennas using Left Handed Transmission Lines from the University of Birmingham.
