Kirk Harnack

Kirk Harnack serves as Vice President of Engineering and IT at Akamai Broadcasting and Oxford Media Group, while also holding the same position at Kauai Broadcast Partners since 2019. Additionally, Kirk has been a Senior Solution Consultant at Telos Alliance since November 2014, focusing on high-priority sales initiatives for broadcast projects. As the host of "This Week in Radio Tech," a podcast aired on GFQNetwork.com, Kirk shares insights on radio technology. Kirk's experience also includes roles as VP of Engineering at South Seas Broadcasting and Delta Radio, LLC, and Kirk served as a Meteorologist at WSMV-TV from 2017 to 2021. A graduate of Mississippi State University with a certificate in Broadcast Meteorology, Kirk has led educational efforts as Program Chair for the Nashville SBE Chapter from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, Kirk is the President of Harnack Engineering, Inc., since 1984.
