Paula Soteropoulos

Paula Soteropoulos currently serves as the Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO at Ensoma, where Paula played a key role in launching the company and developing its strategies. Additionally, Paula holds positions as a Venture Partner at 5AM Ventures and sits on the Board of Directors for Dianthus Therapeutics, Rallybio, Kyowa Kirin, and uniQure, contributing to various committees including Compensation and Audit. Paula's previous accomplishments include founding Akcea Therapeutics and leading it through a successful IPO, as well as holding senior roles at Moderna Therapeutics. Paula earned both a Master's and Bachelor's in Chemical & Biochemical Engineering from Tufts University and completed an Executive General Management program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
