Veena Mani

Veena Mani is an accomplished journalist and Kuchipudi dancer with extensive experience in media and performing arts. Currently serving as a Special Correspondent at Deccan Herald since March 2021, Veena also holds positions as a Correspondent for Zenger News and Principal Correspondent for Business Standard since August 2020 and August 2016, respectively. Reporting on corporate affairs, insolvency, bankruptcy, as well as the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, Veena has been a Senior Correspondent at Bloomberg TV India since May 2014, where responsibilities include covering the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Indian Railways, along with producing the personal finance show 'Smart Money'. In addition to journalism, Veena is a dedicated Kuchipudi performer and teacher, training under esteemed instructors Smt Seetha Nagajothy and Shri P Nagajothy at Abhinaya Praneetha Kuchipudi Art Society since December 2011. Veena Mani holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Miranda House, pursued between 2013 and 2020.
