Hayley Carr

Hayley Carr is an experienced executive in the senior living industry, currently serving as the Executive Director at The Towne House Retirement Community since February 2024, after previously holding the position of Associate Executive Director. Prior to this role, Hayley Carr worked at Hoosier Village Retirement Community from May 2019 to February 2024, advancing through several positions including Associate Executive Director - Health Center and Life Enrichment Manager. Previous experience includes roles at BHI Senior Living, Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and a significant tenure at The Towne House Retirement Community in various capacities.
