Becca Nordeen

Becca Nordeen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in crisis intervention and organizational development. Currently serving as the SVP of Crisis Intervention at The Trevor Project and previously held the title of Interim SVP in the same area, Becca has demonstrated a commitment to improving support systems. As the founder and fractional consultant at BRNLens LLC, Becca has also contributed significantly to various companies, including roles as Chief of Staff at Copper Cow Coffee and Kitchen to Kitchen, as well as a consultant focusing on customer experience at Beyond Meat. Becca is further enhancing expertise through education at The Wharton School and completed the CoS Fellowship for Chief of Staff development through On Deck Fellowship.
