Tony Panayiotou

Tony Panayiotou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at The Trussell Trust since October 2021. Previously, Tony held advisory roles at Barnardo's, contributing to strategic initiatives on equality and diversity, and served as a self-employed consultant specializing in the Equality Act 2010. With a long tenure as Director of Diversity at Arts Council England, responsibilities included ensuring compliance with equality legislation and promoting diversity across various organizations. Tony's career also encompasses significant roles in planning and performance at the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux and the London Borough of Hackney, along with a solid educational background that includes a Master of Science in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
