Venice Fielding

Venice Fielding is an experienced professional currently serving as the Pathfinder Lead for Wales and Southwest England at The Trussell Trust, where responsibilities include supporting food banks in strategic development and project management. Previously, Venice held the position of Poverty Programme Senior Officer at Mind, leading initiatives aimed at assisting individuals facing financial hardship and mental health challenges. With extensive experience at Cardiff Women's Aid, Venice managed the Women’s Centre and developed survivor-led initiatives, demonstrating strong leadership in service delivery for victims of Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse, and Sexual Violence. Venice's earlier roles include community engagement, teaching English as a second language, and content writing, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The University of Manchester.
