Nicole Morgan

Nicole Morgan is currently serving as the People Development & Talent Manager at The Tustin Group since August 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Recruiting Team Lead at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety from February 2024 to August 2024 and worked as the Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator at Keystone Fire and Security from August 2019 to February 2024, which was acquired by Pye-Barker Fire & Safety in August 2021. Additional experience includes roles as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Quality Care Options (August 2017 - July 2019), Manager of Technical Services and Scheduling Coordinator at Persante Health Care (March 2013 - August 2017), Floorset/Sales Associate at The Limited (June 2012 - May 2013), and various positions during academic years at Arcadia University and St. Joseph's Prep. Nicole Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Arcadia University (2008 - 2012) and has additionally studied at Bond University and the University of Stirling.
