Richard Mantell

Richard Mantell has extensive experience in education and leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President and UFT District 18 Representative at the United Federation of Teachers since August 2007. Additionally, Richard has been employed by the NYC Department of Education since September 1988, contributing as a Teacher and Dean. Richard holds a Master of Science in School Administration from Baruch College, a Master of Science in Counseling and Development from LIU Brooklyn, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Brooklyn College.
