Joe Carella

Joe Carella is an experienced professional specializing in leadership development and talent management. Currently serving as VP of Sierra Space Academy & Talent Management at Sierra Space, Joe focuses on enhancing leadership and talent pipelines on both Earth and in space. Joe contributes to gender parity in the workplace as an Advisory Board Member for Wnet and plays a significant role in executive education as Assistant Dean at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management. Joe has held various leadership positions, including board memberships with the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona Human Resource Executive Forum. An educator with extensive academic involvement, Joe has previously been active at Thunderbird School of Global Management and has a robust educational background, including a PhD in Management from The University of Auckland and a PhD in Economics Business Law from Università di Trento.
