Andy Cudzik

Andy Cudzik has over two decades of experience in information technology and project management within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology Projects at the University of Chicago Medicine since May 2017, Andy has previously held leadership roles at the Home Centered Care Institute, Ingalls, Advocate Health Care, and Edward Hospital, specializing in EMR and EHR implementations, system operations, and technical project management. Andy's early career includes positions at Lucent Technologies, IBM, and Motorola, focusing on systems engineering, quality assurance, and technical support. Andy holds a degree in Communications from Lewis University.
