RANA SAAD IQBAL is a professional with extensive experience in renewable energy and electrical engineering, currently serving as a Renewable Energy Analyst at U Energy since January 2023 and as an Associate Research Fellow at The University of Huddersfield since March 2024. RANA has previously held positions such as Technical Project Manager at SkyElectric Pvt. Ltd., Senior Research and Development Engineer at Sunvolts (Pvt.) Ltd., Executive Engineer/Deputy Quality Manager at Transfopower Industries, and Assistant Design Engineer at Pak Elektron Limited. RANA also possesses significant educational qualifications, pursuing dual PhDs in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from The University of Huddersfield and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bradford. Further academic achievements include a Master's degree in Electrical Power Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, along with a certification in Business Management. RANA’s expertise encompasses system design, research on energy efficiency, project coordination, and client consultancy in the renewable energy sector.
