Pennie Raven

Pennie Raven is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people management and business consulting, currently serving as Managing Director at Raven Consulting since November 2009. With an academic role as an Associate Lecturer in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship at Sheffield Hallam University since May 2016, Pennie is responsible for developing and delivering specialized modules and supervising dissertations. As the founder of HR Guardian Angels, Pennie offers a range of HR solutions and consulting services tailored for businesses. Additionally, Pennie co-designs and co-delivers a Pre-Accelerator Program at The University of Sheffield, mentors emerging entrepreneurs, and is active as a founder of Sheffield SOUP and co-founder of Pecha Kucha Sheffield, facilitating community engagement and support for local initiatives. Previous roles include co-founding Traction Central Ltd and managing HR operations at Direct Human Resources Group and Bright Finance Ltd. Pennie holds a degree in Leadership Development from Cambridge Judge Business School.
