Benna Hughes

Benna Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Advancement Assistant at the University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc. since October 2024, Benna previously worked as an Implementation Strategist at System Improvements, Inc. from June 2006 to October 2024, where responsibilities included aiding companies worldwide in utilizing TapRooT® Root Cause and Incident Investigation and organizing onsite courses. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Executive at TrustFirst from 2000 to 2002, where Benna held Series 7 and insurance licenses, as well as positions as Executive Assistant to the Sr. VP of Marketing & Public Relations at Goody's Family Clothing (1997 - 2000) and as Executive Assistant to the Chairman at Clayton Homes (1992 - 1995). Educational background includes attendance at Farragut High School and Business College.
