Cynthia Rocha

Cynthia Rocha, CDP, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of the Westside Community Center-Community Relations at The University of Texas at San Antonio, a position held since October 2024. As the CEO of L3-Life Long Legacies, Inc. since August 2011, Cynthia leads a team of consultants dedicated to fostering legacies for a diverse range of clients, including school districts and non-profit organizations. Previously, Cynthia held the position of CEO and President of the National Diversity Council from March 2021 to August 2024 and managed education and internships during that time. Cynthia's extensive experience includes board memberships at Our Lady of the Lake University and the Baylor Alumni Association, as well as previous executive roles such as Director of Diversity at H.E.B. Grocery Company. Cynthia Rocha earned an MBA in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University and a BBA in Marketing/Management from Baylor University.
