Annisia Shynett

Annisia Shynett, SPHR, MJ-LEL, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Annisia held the position of Director of Human Resources at UT Physicians from June 2021. Annisia's extensive background includes serving as Human Resources Manager and Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Texas Children's Hospital from August 2007 to June 2021. Annisia also worked as an Employee Relations Specialist and AVP at JPMorgan Chase from 2003 to 2007. Annisia holds a Master's of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston.
