Rose Mary Garcia

Rose Mary Garcia, MPA, CFRE, is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within nonprofit and educational organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Development at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), Rose Mary has previously held positions as Director of Development at the University of the Incarnate Word and Development Director at St. Peter - St. Joseph Children's Home. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Development and Community Relations at Any Baby Can of San Antonio and Alumnae Relations and Development Officer at Incarnate Word High School. Rose Mary holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from St. Mary's University and has a strong background in fostering relationships and driving fundraising initiatives.
