Kim Perfect

Kim Perfect has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource management, with a notable tenure at The Unlimited from February 2004 to May 2023, serving in various leadership roles including Head of Talent & People and Head of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included developing talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber talent. Currently, Kim operates as a Consultant in Recruitment at The Unlimited since March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner, focusing on enhancing organizational performance and culture. Additionally, Kim worked as a Network Administrator at Megacor (Pty) Ltd from January 1999 to January 2004, managing system networks and supporting IT operations. Kim holds a Specialist Human Resource Program degree from Durban University of Technology and has completed education at Pinetown Technical College.
