Jennifer Kosmatka

Jennifer Kosmatka is currently a Venture Fellow at The Venture Collective since May 2024 and serves as the EVP of Organizational Development at Nucleate, where roles have included VP of Program Management - Strategy and Director of Program Management. As a Ph.D. candidate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology since August 2020, Jennifer has also contributed as a teaching assistant for courses in quantitative analysis and biology. Previous research experience includes roles at the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of California, San Diego, focusing on gene expression dynamics and cellular homeostasis, respectively. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley and is expected to complete the Ph.D. in Biology in 2025.
