Lisa Wright

Lisa Wright, SWP, is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the veterinary and consulting sectors. Currently serving as VP of Talent Acquisition at The Vets since October 2024, Lisa has previously held similar positions at BetterVet, Mobile Vet Care, and Rarebreed Veterinary Partners. Additionally, Lisa has experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Full Cycle Talent Solutions LLC and as Global Director of Talent Acquisition at The Jackson Laboratory. Early in the career, Lisa founded HIT Recruiting and served as an IT Recruiter at Robert Half International, among other roles. Lisa earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Assumption University, completed in 1994.
