Nara Topp

Nara Topp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program development and management in the field of early childhood education. Currently serving as a Program Officer at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation since June 2019, Nara has previously held positions at the Minnesota Department of Human Services, where responsibilities included being a Supervisor and QRIS Specialist under the MN Parent Aware initiative. Nara founded Topp Consulting, providing expertise as an Early Childhood Education Consultant from December 2004 to April 2012. Nara's academic background includes a Master's degree in Public Affairs from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, obtained between 2003 and 2009.
