Ray Robinson

Ray Robinson, Jr. is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in community development and grant management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation since May 2022, Ray provides strategic oversight for priority initiatives in Mississippi, focusing on promoting equitable opportunities and family well-being. Previously, Ray held the position of Compliance Bureau Manager at the Mississippi Development Authority from August 2008 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing federal and state grant portfolios, developing compliance strategies, and providing training for local governments and non-profits. Prior experience also includes a role as Central Mississippi Program Manager at The Nature Conservancy, where Ray successfully led conservation initiatives, acquired significant public lands, and developed statewide educational programs. Ray is an alumnus of Jackson State University.
