Ruth Matthews

Ruth Matthews is an experienced HR professional with over 23 years in various human resources roles. Currently serving as Manager of HR Business Partnerships at Wawanesa Insurance since January 2011, Ruth has a strong background in employee relations, organizational change management, and performance improvement.
