Patrick Welch

Patrick Welch is an experienced project manager with a background in engineering, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clarkson University. Currently serving as a Project Manager at The Weitz Company since May 2016, Patrick Welch has managed the Fourth District Court of Appeal Courthouse project. Prior to this role, Patrick Welch worked at Harry Pepper & Associates from September 2009 to May 2016, overseeing the United States Army Corps of Engineers' Herbert Hoover Dike Culverts 2 & 12A project. Earlier career experience includes positions as Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Project Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from January 2003 to September 2009.
