Shikhar Srikantiah

Shikhar Srikantiah is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Customer Love & Order Management at The Whole Truth Foods since November 2024. Previously, Shikhar held the position of Customer Experience Manager at Atomberg Technologies, where responsibilities included implementing a Salesforce CRM for over 1500 users, managing supply chain operations for 3000 daily orders, and leading the development of an automated customer service WhatsApp bot. Prior to that, Shikhar worked at Optum as a Project Program Coordinator, optimizing analytics project processes for a major healthcare client. Shikhar's earlier roles included a Summer Internship at Pidilite Industries, a Business Operations Associate position at ZS, and an Assistant Manager role at Bharat Aluminium Company Limited. Shikhar holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong and a BTech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
