Brenda Medina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee experience and organizational management. At The Wilderness Society, Brenda has held multiple roles since August 2019, progressing from Conservation Manager to Employee Experience Manager, and now serving as Employee Experience Senior Manager. Prior to this, Brenda worked as an Organizer for UFCW and held various positions with AFL CIO and AFT Local 1521, focusing on union coordination and community organizing. Additional experience includes roles at Aspen Marketing Services as Assistant Manager and Brand Ambassador, as well as Youth Organizer at Pacoima Beautiful. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chicana/o Studies from California State University-Northridge and is an alumna of UCLA.
