Jacqueline Reyes is an experienced program manager currently leading the Urban to Wild program in Seattle at The Wilderness Society since January 2022, focusing on advocating for policy and increasing equitable access to outdoor spaces. Previously, Jacqueline served as the Urban to Wild Specialist at the same organization and as the Diversity and Inclusion Chair at Outdoors for All Foundation, where efforts were made to tackle inequalities in outdoor spaces. Jacqueline also managed adaptive programs for individuals with disabilities, overseeing a team of seasonal staff and volunteers. Early career experience includes roles as a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant with WWF - Paraguay and as an Environmental Conservation Specialist with the Peace Corps, where community-driven environmental initiatives were developed. Academic credentials consist of a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from Seattle Pacific University, supplemented by International Studies and a certificate in International Development Policy and Management from the University of Washington.
