Jim Serr

Jim Serr currently serves as the Vice President of Delivery and Customer Experience at William Everett since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Chief Information Officer at Joliet Junior College from October 2012 to May 2023. Jim has extensive leadership experience, including serving as President at Clarity from July 2001 to September 2012 and as a Partner at Diamond Head Investments, LLC from November 2003 to December 2009, focusing on real estate investment, management, and development. Additionally, Jim held various roles at Joliet Junior College, divine, inc., Whittman Hart, and SNS, gaining valuable expertise in management and consulting. Jim earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an Executive focus from Northern Illinois University in 2016, following a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Information Systems from the same institution in 1994.
