Stephanie Harris

Stephanie Harris is an accomplished entrepreneur and consultant with a diverse portfolio of leadership roles. As the Founder and CEO of Shift With Steph since September 2020, Stephanie has also served as a Consultant for The Winters Group, Inc. and as Vice President of Financial Literacy 1st since 2021, promoting financial literacy as a pathway to generational wealth. In September 2023, Stephanie took on the role of VIP Program Coordinator and Sales Representative at Travel Divas, where responsibilities included managing a program for frequent travelers. From 2011 to August 2022, Stephanie excelled as the Cultural Theme Cruise Sales Leader for Capital Jazz Fest/SuperCruise, achieving significant sales milestones and high customer retention rates. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Howard University.
