Brandon Lemieux is an experienced culinary professional with a significant background in both executive and regional dining roles. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at The Woodlands at Furman since December 2023, Brandon also holds the position of Senior (Regional) Director of Dining Services for Atlas Senior Living since January 2018, overseeing culinary operations across multiple assisted living facilities. As the owner and Executive Chef of Lemieux Catering since May 2004, Brandon has successfully managed large banquet events and staff, focusing on cost-effective operations. Previous roles include Executive Chef/Director of Dining Services at Waterstone on Augusta and Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Greenville, where Brandon led high-capacity catering operations and developed eco-friendly menu concepts. Early career experience includes supervisory roles at The Cliffs and Farmhouse Mornings. Brandon completed studies at Greenville Technical College from 2010 to 2011.
