Katie Gregory

Katie Gregory is an accomplished financial consultant with extensive experience in transformation and risk management. Currently serving as an Interim Financial Consultant at The Works Stores Ltd since July 2024, Katie previously held the position of VP - Commercial Partnering at Ideagen from September 2023 to April 2024. At Halfords, from September 2017 to September 2023, Katie was the Transformation Director, overseeing the company's Change portfolio and managing a significant budget for capital and operational expenditures. Additional roles at Halfords included Head of Transformation Office and Head of Group Financial Reporting. Prior experience includes leading partner risk management at BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK and various positions at Grant Thornton LLP, where responsibilities ranged from corporate insolvency to audit. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cardiff University and is a Chartered Accountant (FCA).
