Lewis Marcus brings nearly 40 years of experience in politics and communications to The Wright Center for Community Health Board of Directors.
In 1988, Lew established Marcus & Associates, a political management company that handled more than 30 local, regional, and state campaigns and eventually expanded into environmental consulting with a strong emphasis on management and public relations.
An award-winning columnist at The Scranton Tribune, where he worked for nearly 20 years, he also served as a pioneer in the genre of upscale supermarket marketing magazines. In addition to his role as a board member, he serves on secular boards and teaches religious ethics and philosophy as well as journalism.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Penn State University and an associate degree in communications from Keystone College.
