The Operations team at The Wright Group ensures the seamless functioning of all our award-winning restaurants, bars, food halls, and convenience venues. Spearheaded by the Group Operations Director and including the Bar and Area Operations Managers, this team streamlines processes, optimizes efficiency, and guarantees that every aspect of our venues runs smoothly. They collaborate closely with chefs, staff, and local suppliers to uphold our high standards of hospitality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction, ensuring every guest leaves with memorable experiences.
