Hanqing Huang

Hanqing Huang's work experience includes holding the position of Chief Financial Officer at Atlas since August 2023. In this role, Hanqing is responsible for leading the Finance department and providing strategic support to the business. Hanqing leverages expertise in the venture capital market, business strategy insights, and macroeconomics to implement best financial practices and capital market strategies.

Prior to Atlas, Hanqing served as a Partner at VisionGain Capital starting in May 2013. Here, Hanqing focused on asset management, including investments in China's secular growth trend. Hanqing played a key role in building and managing a RMB VC fund and pre-IPO project funds. During their time at VisionGain Capital, Hanqing completed seven deals and sourced five of them, with multiple projects achieving successful fundraising and listing on various stock markets.

Before VisionGain Capital, Hanqing worked as an Associate Director at Mount Kellett Capital from April 2011 to March 2013. Hanqing also pursued an MBA degree at Wharton Business School from August 2009 to March 2011.

Earlier in their career, Hanqing held the position of Real Estate Investment - Senior Associate at Royal Bank of Scotland from March 2007 to June 2009. During this time, Hanqing worked directly with the Head of Asia Pacific and Greater China to build a new business and managed a team. Hanqing was responsible for executing and managing major transactions, analyzing complex considerations, and achieving a positive return even in a challenging market.

Hanqing began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan from July 2005 to February 2007.

Hanqing Huang completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration from Fudan University in 2005. Hanqing then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Investment and Private Equity from The Wharton School, completing it in 2011.
