The Leadership Team at Theatre Cedar Rapids is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization. Comprising the Vice President, Trustee President & Treasurer, and President, the team works collaboratively to oversee programming, foster community engagement, and uphold the theatre's mission to deliver quality arts experiences to eastern Iowans. They also spearhead fundraising efforts and build partnerships to enhance the theatre's impact and visibility in the region.
