Oahu Transit Services, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that manages TheBus and TheHandi-Van for the City & County of Honolulu.  The organization currently operates 105 routes, with a fleet of 540 buses and 948 bus operators. TheHandi-Van currently has 190 vans and 313 van operators.  The American Public Transportation Association (APTA) has twice honored TheBus as America's Best Transit System in 1994-1995 and 2000-2001.
