Jenny Derks

Jenny Derks currently serves as the Vice President of Critical Access Hospitals at ThedaCare, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Jenny was the Human Resources Director at Network Health WI from July 2023 to August 2024 and the System Director of Total Rewards at UW Health from March 2022 to July 2023. Jenny has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as the Manager of Compensation and Employee Relations and Compensation Analyst at Affinity Health System from November 2001 to July 2023. Additionally, Jenny held leadership positions at Ascension as Vice President of Operations and Chief Administrative Officer at Ascension|Calumet Hospital. Previous experience also includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Ministry Health Care. Jenny holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University and has degrees from Fox Valley Technical College and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
